Rachel Hargrave

My name is Rachel and I am a Certified Massage Therapist working in Chico, California. I have been in Chico for the past 10 years and have completely fallen in love with this area and community. I am honored to be able to give back to the community that gives me so much by helping people feel better in their bodies. 

I grew up playing competitive soccer and endured many injuries that created lasting issues. At the age of just 20 I experienced the start of what would become chronic back and hip pain. Years passed with little to no help from various healthcare professionals, so I decided to take matters into my own hands by going to Massage School to gain a deeper understanding of the human body. By doing so, I am better equipped to help myself and in turn help others.

​After graduating from Massage School and working under a mentor, I decided to branch out on my own and created Noble Nature Massage & Bodywork, with a mission to assist clients in their journey to feeling comfortable and confident in their bodies by addressing the physical, mental, and emotional self. I understand what it feels like to be anything but comfortable in my own body, how the mind can play such a large role in pain, and how easy it is for that to become normal. The healing process can be a slow one and an ever-changing one, but at Noble Nature Massage, I am committed to using my thorough, patient, holistic style of massage therapy to assist each client in their journey to feeling energized and capable in their body, mind, and spirit.
